A Little About Me

In order to streamline the appearance of this site, I have decided to get rid of the "About" section. However, if you are curious about me, I thought the contents of that page could be immortalized here....eventually archived, but always present :)
After all, these things are not really about me....
My name is Tiffany Taylor, and I have been making things ever since I could tie string and use glue. The desire to create taps on my shoulder every day. Sometimes it happens when I am sitting at my work table, but more often it shows up when I am in the world and therefore scrambling to document the inspiration. I have scraps of paper everywhere. Drawings, quotes, things and ideas to Google. I have notebooks that completely lack organization or theme.
For the most part, I have focused on honing my skills in Jewelry Design. While I made many friendship bracelets as a girl, I made my first serious piece after discovering pretty stones on ebay sometime in my 20's. The infatuation was quick and all-consuming. I immediately invested in wires, threads, gemstones, metals, findings, literature, and soon after, storage. Since I am most confident in these creations of mine, jewelry is most of what I sell.
Hopefully, now that I have given my creations a home, I can indulge in more of my interests. My partner and I are lovers of unique household decor. We drink wine while etching wine glasses; we drink beer and glue Halloween decorations. Don't get the wrong idea, Dan and I are not always drinking...however we are pretty much always making or plotting future endeavors.
